But what really stuck with me was watching an IT pro at my company try to manage hundreds of requests across six locations using only an Excel sheet and a personal email. It wasn't just inefficient - it was painful.
I may be new to coding, but I'm no stranger to solving real problems. That moment sparked a challenge I couldn't ignore: build something better. Something real. Not flashy. Not complicated. Just functional.
